1. Agreement & eligibility

By using Saido you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

2. The service

Saido is an iOS app and companion website that transcribe, structure and let you chat with voice notes and meetings. Features may change as the product evolves.

3. Your content

You own what you record and write. You grant us only the license needed to process it in order to provide the service to you. You are responsible for your recordings and for complying with consent laws where you make them.

4. Acceptable use

You may not: record unlawfully, abuse or scrape the free web tools, attempt to reverse engineer the app or API, or use the service to violate anyone’s rights.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are sold via Apple, auto-renew, and include a 7-day free trial available once per Apple ID. The price is shown at purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription in Apple Settings; Apple’s terms govern billing.

6. AI output

AI-generated notes, summaries and chat answers may be inaccurate. Verify anything important. Saido’s output is not professional advice.

7. Third-party content

Transcripts generated from YouTube videos belong to the video’s owner. Use them lawfully.

8. Intellectual property

Saido, its logo, and its software are owned by <LEGAL ENTITY NAME>. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived by contract.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of <jurisdiction>. EU consumers can use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
